The RM520N-GL from Quectel is a 5G/4G/3G Module that supports 5G NR Sub-6 GHz, 4G LTE-A and 3G HSPA+ technologies. It supports both SA & NSA 5G modes, delivers an uplink data rate of up to 3.4 Gbps and a downlink data rate of up to 900 Mbps. This module supports 3GPP Release 16 technology and covers nearly all mainstream carriers worldwide. It has an integrated GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS & Galileo constellations and uses Qualcomm IZat location technology, Gen9C Lite, for quick, accurate and dependable positioning capabilities. The module requires a DC supply of 3.7 V and consumes less than 70 mA of current.
