The SIM8262X-M2 from SIMCom is a Sub-6 GHz Cellular Module for 5G-NR/LTE-FDD/LTE- TDD/HSPA+. This module supports 3GPP R16 5G NSA/SA architectures, delivers a downlink data rate of up to 2.4 Gbps (5G-NR), and an uplink data rate of up to 500 Mbps (5G-NR). It is designed for applications that need high throughput data communication in a variety of radio propagation conditions. The module also includes GNSS functionality with support for GPS/GLONASS/Beidou/Galileo/QZSS constellations. It requires a DC supply from 3.1 to 4.4 V. It is available in an M.2 form factor module that measures 42 x 33 mm with PCIe, USB 3.1, GPIO, and other interfaces.
