The EQRM12 Series are Quartz Crystal Clock Oscillators from Ecliptek that operate from 10 to 625 MHz. The series has a low phase noise and a LVPECL output logic type. The oscillators require a 2.5 V supply and are available as a 6 pad surface mount ceramic package that measures 5 x 7 mm.
