The IQXO-951-25TS from IQD is a Simple Package Crystal Oscillator (SPXO) that operates from 10 to 50 MHz. The oscillator has a tight frequency stability of ±10 to ±20 ppm over the operating temperature range from -40 to 85° C. It has a duty cycle of 45/55% and provides a CMOS output logic. The oscillator requires a supply voltage from 1.62 to 3.63 V and consumes up to 15 mA of current. It has a start-up time of less than 10 ms and a rise/fall time of less than 7 ns. The oscillator has a typical phase jitter of 500 fs and an SSB phase noise of -154 dBc/Hz @ 1 MHz offset. This RoHS-compliant oscillator is available in a surface-mount seam sealed ceramic package that measures 2.5 x 2 mm.
