The TLF50 from Signal Microwave is a 2.40 mm Top-Launch Connector that operates up to 50 GHz. It transitions to a microstrip or grounded coplanar line on the top layer of the board. This connector has a compression contact and requires no soldering. The signal in this connector does not need to travel through the board vias and provides edge-launch-type performance anywhere on the board.
