The Vertical Launch Connectors from Withwave operate from DC to 110 GHz. These 50-ohm connectors are available in SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm, and 1.0 mm options. They provide excellent electrical and vertical transition performance over the entire operating frequency range. The connectors can be easily installed on the designed PCB substrate without the need for soldering, which greatly saves the installation time. They have a unique design that allows them to be mounted on both microstrip and stripline traces.
The connectors are available in both male and female configurations and have a stainless-steel body/block with a Beryllium Copper (BeCu) gold-plated center pin. They are ideal for testing and measurement, characterization, and high-speed digital board applications.
