The P6000 Series from Berten are MANET Radio Transceivers that operate from 225 MHz to 6 GHz. They use the proprietary COFDM waveform and deliver a data rate of up to 120 Mbps. These transceivers operate in FDMA & TDMA multiple access modes and support scalable mesh & MANET networking protocols. They support encrypted communications and are internally synchronized to eliminate the need for GPS. The transceivers have built-in self-tests (BIST) & temperature monitoring and are qualified for airborne environmental conditions supporting hypersonic mobility up to Mach 5 (>6000 Km/h). They are defence-grade transceivers that provide a light, compact, robust, and affordable solution for airborne, maritime, and ground communications.
The P6000 Series transceivers support Dynamic Packet Routing between nodes without LoS and have features like IP filtering, wireless bridge & IP multicast. They require a DC supply of 24-30 V and consume less than A of current. They can be controlled via 1000BASE-T or RJ-45 Ethernet and RS232, RS422/485, UART, or SBUS serial interfaces. These transceivers are available in rugged IP67-rated enclosures that measure 118 x 107 x 48 mm or 118 x 166 x 59 mm and are ideal for use in tactical ISR data links, telemetry & video streaming, command and control (C2), intra-flight data links, wireless backhauls and mesh networks.
