The HL9437 from HYPERLABS is a 1.85 mm Broadband Inner DC Block that operates from 35 kHz to 67 GHz. It is available with a breakdown voltage of 11 V (opt. -11) or 30 V (opt.-30). The DC block has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, and a rise time of 5 ps. It has an amplitude match of ±0.1 dB and a phase match of ±4° at 40 GHz.
