The CMIPS-4080B5S from Corry Micronics is a 5-bit Digitally Controlled Dispersive Phase Shifter that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. It provides phase shifts in steps of 11.25° and has an accuracy of ≤ ±4° @ 6 GHz. This phase shifter has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB and can handle CW input power of 4 W with a VSWR of less than 1.6:1. It requires a DC supply of -20/5 V, consumes less than 300 mA of current and supports a TTL control interface. The phase shifter is available in a SMT module.
