The CGY2392SHV/C1 from MACOM is a GaAs MMIC 6-bit Phase Shifter that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It has a 360° phase shift range with a step size of 5.625°, a very low phase error of 1.9° and an insertion loss of 10.8 dB at 12 GHz. The phase shifter is available as a die that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for Radar, Telecommunication and Instrumentation applications.
The die is manufactured using MACOM’s 0.18 µm gate length PHEMT Technology. This technology has been evaluated for Space applications and is on the European Preferred Parts List of the European Space Agency.
