The MAPS-011007 from MACOM is a GaAs pHEMT 6-bit digital phase shifter that operates from 1.2 GHz to 1.4 GHz. It provides phase shift from 0 to 360 degrees with an LSB of 5.6 degrees and has an integrated CMOS driver. The phase shifter has a low RMA attenuation error of 0.4 dB and a minimal attenuation variation over the phase shift range. It is available in a lead-free 24 Lead PQFN package and it is ideally suited for use in applications where high phase accuracy and low loss is required.
