The PS-812-360-14B-SFF OPT10D27 from Planar Monolithics
Industries is a Digitally Tuned Phase Shifter that operates from
8 to 12 GHz. This 360° phase shifter has a 14-bit digital control
with a step size of 0.022° and a switching speed of less than
500 ns. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm and has
an insertion loss of less than 12 dB. The phase shifter requires
a DC supply of ±12 V and consumes less than 250 mA of
current. It is available in a module that measures 4.00 x 2.25 x
0.55 inches with SMA-female connectors.
