The DST-14-480/1S from Pulsar Microwave is an 8-Bit Digital Controlled Phase Shifter that operates from 1.25 to 1.35 GHz. It provides a phase shift of 360 degrees with an LSB of 1.4 degrees and has an insertion loss of 3.5 dB. The phase shifter can handle up to 1 watt of power. It is controlled with a positive control logic of 0/+5V and requires no negative supply voltage.
Pulsar's Digital Controlled Phase shifters utilize PIN diodes and delay lines to produce the necessary phase requirements. These digital phase shifters use switched lines to obtain a temperature stable phase shift and have a DB9 Female Connector for RS-232 Interface. It is available in a module with Female SMA Connectors.
