The QPC1000 from Qorvo is a 5-bit digital phase shifter with an integrated SPDT switch that operates from 29 to 31 GHz. It supports 360° of phase coverage over the complete frequency range, with a RMS phase error of 5° and an insertion loss of 9 dB. The device is available in a small 6 x 5 x 1.72 mm surface mount package and is ideal for ka-band, phased-array communication systems. Individually, the Qorvo product includes the TGP2100 phase shifter and the TGS4302 SPDT switch. Evaluation boards are available upon request.
