The TGP2105-SM from Qorvo is a 6-bit digital phase shifter that operates from 6 GHz to 18 GHz. It provides phase coverage of 360 degrees with an LSB of 5.625 degrees and achieves a low RMS phase error of 4 degrees with an insertion loss of 8 dB over all states. It uses positive switch logic that eliminates the need for a negative voltage rail. This phase shifter is ideally suited for various wideband phased array applications such as commercial and military radars, satellite-based communication systems and electronic warfare. It is available in lead-free package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.45 mm.
