The VRFC0003-BD from Viper RF is a 6-bit GaAs phase shifter die that operates from 8 to 13 GHz and provides 360 degrees of phase coverage with a 5.625 degree phase step. The phase shifter has an insertion loss of 5.7 dB and a RMS phase error of 2.6 degrees (at 3 GHz). The RF ports are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohm. The die measuring 3 x 2 x 0.1 mm is ideal for Defence and Instrumentation applications.
