The 3361/01 from Narda Safety Test Solutions is an Automatic Direction-Finding Antenna (ADFA) that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. This vertically polarized antenna has a VSWR of 2:1 and a return loss of 10 dB. It has a direction finding (DF) accuracy of 1.5°  (RMS) and a DF sensitivity of 1-2 µV/m.

This omnidirectional antenna can be integrated with a real-time handheld analyzer (SignalShark) to cover a wide frequency range with the highest sensitivity. It offers high immunity to signal reflections and supports fast bearing on signals as low as 2.5 ms, which corresponds to two bearing cycles. This antenna comes with an electronic compass and a GNSS receiver module for quick and easy alignment. It provides a cost-effective solution for mobile network maintenance, frequency band management, monitoring communications at borders, and protecting areas and signals reconnaissance.

The 3361/01 requires a simple connection to the RF analyzer (SignalShark) for conducting bearing measurements. It can be controlled using the analyzer, which also has an integrated localization algorithm along with Open Street Map-based heatmap visualization. This antenna translates signals from several antenna elements and sends this information to SignalShark to calculate the statistical distribution of the bearing lines, with live visualization of the transmitter location.
