The MACP-011113 from MACOM is a Directional Coupler that operates from 5 to 55 GHz. It has a coupling factor of 18 to 25 dB, a directivity of 13 dB, and an insertion loss of 0.3 dB. This coupler has an isolation of 45 dB and can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm (~1 W) with a return loss of more than 12 dB. It is manufactured using MACOM’s proprietary HMIC process that enables market-leading lightweight passive components.
The MACP-011113 also includes an on-chip 50 ohm termination, offering high performance in a miniature package. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.58 x 3.03 mm and is ideal for test and measurement applications.
