The MC16-0222SM from Marki Microwave is a Directional Coupler that operates from 2 to 22 GHz. It has a coupling factor of 16 dB with an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB and provides a directivity of up to 23 dB. The coupler uses passive GaAs MMIC technology which allows the production of smaller constructions and replaces larger form factor circuit board constructions. It is available as a surface mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm.
