CC-6xxE Series Image

The CC-6xxE Series from Microlab are Directional Couplers that are designed for 5G FR1 signal distribution from 617 to 5925 MHz. They are available in coupling values from 5 to 20 dB, have a directivity of up to 20 dB and a low PIM of -161 dBc. These couplers can handle an average power of 300 W and peak power of 1 kW. The series consists of 8 different designs with different coupling values and can be used with multiband antennas, leaky cable systems, and wireless base stations. These couplers have minimal solder joints and a low loss dielectric, which minimize the dissipative loss and enhance reliability.

These RoHS-compliant couplers are available in modules that measure 5.53 x 1.64 x 1.10 inches (for 5 – 8 dB coupling) and 5.61 x 1.72 x 1.10 inches (for 10-20 dB coupling) with 4.3-10 (female) connectors. They are useful in optimizing the power distribution required in 5G passive distributed antenna systems (DAS).
