The P1CP-SAF-1218 Series from P1dB are directional couplers that operate from 12.4 GHz to 18 GHz. They have coupling values of 10, 20 & 30 dB and can handle up to 50 Watts of average power. These couplers have an insertion loss of under 0.5 dB, directivity of over 15 dB and a VSWR of 1.40:1. They are available in an aluminum module with SMA female connectors and are ideal for test instrumentation and general purpose lab use applications.
