The CPL-WBF-00D3 from ST Microelectronics is a SMT Directional Coupler that operates from 698 MHz to 2.7 GHz. The coupler has an ISO port and is designed to measure RF antenna output power in GSM / WCDMA / TD-SCDMA / LTE applications. It has a coupling value of 30 dB and can handle up to 35 dBm of power. The coupler has an insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB and directivity of more than 20 dB. It is available in flip chip package and is ideal for Quad-band power amplifier modules, Quad-band front end modules and GSM / WCDMA / LTE mobile phones.
The CPL-WBF-00D3 has been designed using STMicroelectronics IPD (integrated passive device) technology on non-conductive glass substrate to optimize RF performance. The device is delivered 100% tested in tape and reel.
