The DCS1085 from TRM Microwave is a directional coupler that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. The coupler has a coupling value of 10 dB and directivity of more than 12 dB. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and can handle up to 50 watts of input power. This coupler is available in a compact package with SMA connectors (N, BNC, and TNC are optional). The design also permits usage as a bi-directional coupler, allowing the sampling of the incident and reflected power.
