The ERDLA118-02 from Advanced Microwave Inc. is an ultra-small pseudo AC Coupled Detector Log Amplifier that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It can handle up to +20 dBm of input power and has a dynamic range from -68 to +5 dBm. The amplifier has a log slope of 50 mV/dB, a log accuracy of better than ±2.0 dB, and a tangential signal sensitivity (TSS) of -72 dBm.
