The A15-MH096 from Akon is an Extended Range Detector Log Video Amplifier (ERDLVA) that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has a dynamic range of 73 dB and Tangential Signal Sensitivity (TSS) of -69 dBm. This ERDLVA has an excellent log slope variation, temperature stability and fast rise & fall times of 20 nS and 150 nS. It is available in a ruggedized package and is ideal for Military, Space and Industrial applications.
