DSH-3218

The DSH-3218 from Microphase Corporation is a DC-Coupled DLVA that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. The DLVA has an extended dynamic range from -42 to 20 dBm and TSS of more than -42 dBm. This DLVA has an excellent log slope variation of 50 mV/dB and has fast rise time of up to 20 nS. It has a unique and proprietary “single diode” detecting circuit which overcomes linearity and recovery problems associated with conventional, DC-coupled extended range dual diode DLVA designs. It has a volume of less than 3 inches (cubed), excellent linearity, with fast recovery from +15 dBm and +20  dBm CW capacity. The DLVA is available in a module that measures 2.7 x 2.3 x 0.47 inches with SMA female connectors is ideal for radar and EW systems.
