SDLVA-100M18G-CW-70-MAH Image

The SDLVA-100M18G-CW-70-MAH is a Successive Detection Logarithmic Video Amplifier (SDLVA) that operates from 100 MHz to 18 GHz. It has an SPST switch at the RF output which allows for the RF to be turned off when the signal is below the adjustable threshold setting. In addition to this, the switch can be controlled externally by enabling the external trigger. It provides a limited RF output of 8 dBm. The amplifier has a rise time and settling time of 35 ns and 50 ns respectively with a recovery time of 350 ns. It requires a supply from 12 Vdc to 15 Vdc and is available in a module with SMA female connectors.
