RFX-3190 Image

The RFX-3190 from Mercury Systems is an RF Downconverter that converts an input frequency (RF) from 1.5 - 18 GHz to an output frequency from 0.5 to 2.5 GHz. It provides a gain of 30 dB (gain adjustment range of 20 dB) with a noise figure of 12 dB and image rejection of more than 60 dB. This downconverter has a tuning resolution of 10 kHz (optional finer resolutions) and a tuning speed of 2 ms. It has a phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset) and spurious levels of less than -70 dBc. The converter employs advanced current circuity and components, assuring a long life without the problems of obsolescence and poor field reliability of past generations of equipment.

The RFX-3190 requires an AC supply of 115/230 V and consumes less than 60 W of power. It is available in a ½-ATR chassis-mount enclosure with SMA (female) connectors and is qualified for shock, vibration, EMI, salt, dust, and other harsh environments.
