The RFE-2017019 from RFE is a V-band Downconverter that converts an input frequency (RF) from 51 – 59 GHz to an output frequency from 10 - 160 MHz (IF). It provides a conversion gain of 28 dB and has a noise figure of less than 5 dB. The down converter can handle an LO input power of 2 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 2.5:1. It has an integrated noise diode for system calibration. The downconverter requires a DC supply voltage of 8 V and consumes less than 300 mA of current.
The RFE-2017019 is available in a module that measures 1.4 x 3.6 x 1.0 inches and is ideal for radar, instrumentation (test modules), microwave radio, and EW/SIGINT applications.
