The PmT DRO-4000 Series is a family of Dielectric Resonator Oscillators that operate from 3 to 12 GHz. The DRO can be factory tuned to a specific frequency within this range and has a mechanical tuning range of more than 10 MHz. These DROs provide an output power of over 13 dBm while operating over a supply of 15 V @75 mA. This series is internally voltage regulated and has low phase noise. The DROs are available in a module with SMA female connector.
