DRO80 Image

The DRO80 from Synergy Microwave Corporation is a Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO) that operates at 8 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 8 dBm with a phase noise of -160 dBc/Hz @ 1 MHz offset. The DRO requires a DC tuning voltage from 1 to 15 V and has a tuning sensitivity of 0.25 MHz/V. It requires a DC bias voltage from 7 to 10 V and consumes less than 70 mA of current. The oscillator is available in a connectorized module.
