The 501050013 from Krytar is a 4-Port Dual-Directional Coupler that operates from 1 to 50 GHz. This 13 dB coupler provides a directivity of more than 10 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 4.4 dB. It can handle an average input power of 20 W and a peak input power of up to 3 kW. It has a stripline design and uses two back-to-back couplers in the same package which allows monitoring of forward and reflected power. This dual-directional coupler is available in a module that measures 5.00 x 0.5 x 0.65 inches with 2.4-mm (female) connectors and can be manufactured to meet rigid military specifications.

The 501050013 is designed for systems applications where external leveling, precise monitoring, signal mixing, or swept transmission and reflection measurements are required. It is also ideal for use in power sampling and measurement, amplifier leveling, VSWR monitoring, field control, and amplifier/load protection in electronic warfare (EW), commercial wireless including mmWave, 5G, SATCOM, radar, signal monitoring and measurement, antenna beam forming, and EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing environments.
