The ACMD-6013 from Avago is a highly miniaturized RF duplexer designed for use in LTE Band 13 mobile handset applications. It has a RX pass band frequency from 746 to 756 MHz and TX pass band frequency from 777.5 to 787 MHz.The duplexer has an insertion loss up to 3.5 dB, band rejection of 20 dB and high power rating of 33 dBm. This duplexer operates in LTE Band 13 and supports the high output power levels used in mobile communications applications with no virtual distortion. It is available in a compact 2.0 x 2.5 mm chip-on-board module.
