The QPQ1270 from Qorvo is a duplexer with passband frequencies from 2500 to 2570 MHz and 2620 to 2690 MHz. It has an insertion loss of below 2.4 dB and return loss of 11.6 dB. This Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) duplexer is designed for LTE Band 7 uplink and downlink applications. The duplexer can handle up to 30 dBm of input power. It is available in a surface mount, 9 Pin 2 x 2.5 x 1.015 mm package and is ideal for repeaters, small cell base stations and general purpose wireless applications.
