The SSISOV100V10K18G from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is an EMC Immunity Test System that operates from 10 kHz to 18 GHz. It has been designed to generate an electric field of up to 100 V/m CW at a test distance of 2 m for ISO 11451-2 full-vehicle testing. The system has a four RF amplifier configuration with dedicated antennas for each amplifier and a stripline to provide optimal field generation/uniformity. It has four sets of RF cables (one for each amplifier and associated antenna) available in 2 or 12-meter lengths and designated bulkhead feed-throughs for each set. The signal generation, control, and power monitoring equipment are mounted in a ventilated equipment rack along with the RF amplifiers.
The system and testing are controlled using Nexio BAT-EMC software which is preloaded and delivered on a new PC as part of the overall system. It is available in a self-contained equipment rack with internal pre-wired RF and power with automatic RF switching via SCP2000.
The control rack measures 177.80 x 56.03 x 82.3 cm and all RF equipment input and outputs are on rear panel of devices. It requires an AC supply of 240 V and the AC power is filtered and distributed through an internal power distribution unit.
The export classification for this equipment is 3A001 and is controlled for export in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
