The 2960AR from Novatech Instruments is a Disciplined Rubidium Frequency Standard with two 10 MHz and one 5 MHz fixed-frequency output. It provides sinewave output with a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz @1 kHz offset (10 MHz output). This frequency standard has spurious levels of better than -45 dBc, harmonics of -25 dBc, and crosstalk of -40 dBc. It has 1pps IN and OUT signals on the rear panel and features an auto-adaptive 1pps disciplining algorithm to provide Stratum1 performance from long-term stable 1pps sources such as GPS.
The 2960AR can be controlled via front panel controls or an RS232 interface. It is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 24.1 x 18.5 x 6.4 cm with BNC connectors. This frequency standard requires an AC supply of 120/240 V and consumes 30 W of power.
