The CNT-104S from Pendulum Instruments is a 4-channel 400 MHz Frequency Analyzer. It can simultaneously track parallel frequency, phase, or time on 4 input channels and provides gap-free measurements for back-to-back measurements without losing any cycle. This analyzer has a time resolution of up to 7 ps resolution, a frequency resolution of up to 13 digits/s frequency resolution, and a measuring speed of 20M results/s. The ultra-high single-shot resolution gives better insights into the design under test, faster results in phase comparisons between clocks, and more accurate calibration, and it enables the capture of very small time/phase changes. It features built-in modulation domain analysis, displaying frequency changes vs. time, on one to four input channels. This frequency analyzer also has an option for an RF input channel up to 24 GHz.
The CNT-104S includes a 5” graphic touchscreen display (1280 x 720 pixels) for settings and display of values, statistics (numeric and distribution graph), trend, and modulation domain. It comes as standard with an Ethernet interface for remote control and data transfer and can be controlled locally via touchscreen or mouse. This frequency analyzer is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 210 x 90 x 395 mm and complies with the MIL-PRF-28800F standard for vibration and shock. It requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 70 W of power.
