The ZLX Series from EM Research are fixed frequency synthesizers that operate from 50 to 4500 MHz. The synthesizers provide an output power of up to 7 dBm and require an external reference of 10 MHz. The synthesized signal has a low phase noise with harmonics less than -20 dBc. The synthezisers require a supply voltage of 5 V and draw a current of less than 65 mA. They are available in a surface mount package that measures 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.15 inches.
