The RS-WMFS from FEI-Elcom Tech is a frequency synthesizer that operates from 1 to 23 GHz. The synthesizer can be customized to have a bandwidth of up to 6 GHz and a resolution of 1 Hz. It has a switching speed of less than 1 ms, low spurious of -60 dBc and a low phase noise of -85 dBc @ 100 kHz offset at 10 GHz. The frequency synthesizer is available in a hermetically sealed package that can be used in harsh airborne applications.
