The HSM1001B from Maury Microwave is an RF synthesizer module that operates from 100 kHz to 1 GHz. It is a microwave CW source that is architected on a non-PLL based platform. The digital-analog hybrid design provides excellent phase noise performance and spurious response, which compliments the phase coherent nature of this digital-analog hybrid signal source.
The module can be controlled directly via the SPI bus, the Maury Microwave GUI, a preloaded lookup table, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C++, C#, etc. It has a switching speed of less than 6 microsec with phase memory and an onboard precision 100 MHz OCXO. The HSM1001B is ideal for electronics design, manufacturing test and OEM systems integration applications.
