The MLBS-2020 from Micro Lambda Wireless is a low phase noise benchtop frequency synthesizer that operates from 8 to 20 GHz with a step size of 10 Hz. The synthesizer has a phase noise of up to -88 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. It provides a minimum output power of 10 dBm and has switching speeds of up to 6 ms.

The synthesizer is LABVIEW compatible, and consist of a frequency synthesizer, AC power supply, heat sink with fan, keypad, tuning knob, frequency display, and driver circuitry - all housed in a compact, durable bench top box measuring just 4 x 10 x 13 inches.

The MLBS-2020 is ideal for test sets, test equipment, and production test applications. This benchtop unit is manually tunable over the specified frequency range by a designer’s choice of a mechanical knob, keypad, or via USB or Ethernet connection.
