The MLMS-2832 from Micro Lambda Wireless is a YIG-based Frequency Synthesizer with an output frequency from 28 to 32 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 10 dB, has a minimum step size of 1 kHz, and a warm-up time of 250 ms. The synthesizer uses either internal or external references and has a total of three oscillator options - external reference, external reference with internal crystal, and internal reference.

The MLMS-2832 requires a DC supply of 5-15 V and consumes less than 7.65 W of power. It is available in a chassis-mount (Single Slot PXI) module that measures 2.50 x 2.50 x 0.65 inches with 5-line serial and USB control interfaces. This frequency synthesizer is ideal for use in receiver systems, frequency converters, and test & measurement equipment.
