The RFS4300Z-LF from Z-COMM is a Fixed Frequency Synthesizer Module that is phase locked at 4300 MHz to an external 10 MHz reference oscillator. This PLL has a phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, 2nd harmonic suppression of -45 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc. It delivers an output power of 3 dBm and requires a supply voltage of 5 Vdc while drawing 60 mA of current. The PLL is available in a surface mount package and is ideal for radar systems, microwave radios, and satellite communication applications while operating over a temperature range of -55 to 105°C.
