The RFS4500A-LF from Z-Communications is a Fixed Frequency Synthesizer that operates at 4500 MHz. The synthesized signal can have an output power of up to 5 dBm and phase noise of -86 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. It has spurious levels of -65 dBc and harmonics of -25 dBc. The synthesizer requires a DC supply of 3 V for the PLL (consuming 15 mA of current) and 5 V for VCO (consuming 35 mA of current). It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 15.0 x 15.0 x 3.4 mm and is ideal for use in satellite communications, test instrumentation, and clock sources applications.
