The SFS13500H-LF form Z-Communications is a high-performance low-noise Fixed PLO that operates at 13.5 GHz while locked to an external 100 MHz reference oscillator source. It allows quick and simple integration into any system design and is suitable for applications that require excellent performance in the X-band.
The PLO delivers an output power of -3 dBm, has a phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset, harmonic suppression of -20 dBc, and a spurious compression of -65 dBc. It requires 5V DC supply and consumes a current of 85 mA. The SFS13500H-LF is available in an SFS-L1 package that measures 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.22 inches and is suitable for SATCOM and radar applications that require operation over a temperature range from -40 to 85 °C.
The SFS13500H-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and is available in tape and reel packaging.
