ADTR1107 Image

The ADTR1107 from Analog Devices is a Front-End IC that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It has an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier (LNA), and a reflective SPDT switch. In Tx mode, it delivers a saturated output power of 25 dBm with a small signal gain of 22 dB. Whereas, in the Rx mode, it provides a small signal gain of 18 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. The device is internally matched to 50-ohms and has a directional coupler for power detection. This IC is available in a 24-terminal LGA package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for phased array antennas, military radars, weather radars, communication links, and electronic warfare applications.
