The MAMF-011156 from MACOM is an SPDT Switch with 2-stage LNA module that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. In Rx mode, the LNA provides a gain of more than 32 dB with a noise figure of less than 1 dB while the switch has an insertion loss of 0.46 dB. In Tx mode, it has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and provides an isolation of more than 24 dB between the switch Rx port and antenna port. The module features integrated control circuitry with 1.8 V logic. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and draws 80 mA in Rx mode. This module is available in a 16-lead QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for 5G massive MIMO, wireless infrastructure, and TDD-based communication systems applications.
