The PE53210 from pSemi is a switch + LNA module that operates from 3.3 to 3.8 GHz. This dual-channel configuration receiver module integrates two-channel LNA with bypass function and high-power switch. The low power consuming module delivers a low noise figure of 1.65 dB and has a OIP3 of 29 dBm. It offers ESD protection up to 1kV HBM and operate in environments up to 105 degrees Celsius. The module also has an on-chip, fail-safe switch - with over 5W average power handling. It is available in a 32 lead, 5 x 5 mm LGA package and is ideal for 5G MIMO base station applications.
