The PE53211 from pSemi is a Switch + LNA receiver module that operates from 2.3 to 2.7 GHz. This dual-channel configuration receiver module integrates a two-channel LNA with bypass function and high-power switch. The module delivers a low noise figure of 1.4 dB and has a OIP3 of 30 dBm. It offers ESD protection up to 1kV HBM and operates in environments up to 105 degrees Celsius. The module can handle up to 5 watts and has an on-chip, fail-safe switch. It is available in a 32 lead, 5 x 5 mm LGA package and is ideal for 5G MIMO base station applications.
This Front End Module is based on pSemi's UltraCMOS® Silicon on Saphire (SOI) process which is optimized for low switch insertion losses (IL) and low LNA noise figure (NF) on a single IC.
