The QPF4632 from Qorvo is a Wi-Fi 6/6E (802.11 ax) Integrated Front-End Module that operates from 5.945 to 7.125 GHz. It consists of a Power Amplifier (PA), DC logarithmic power detector, single pole two throws (SPDT) switch, and a bypassable Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). This front-end module provides a Tx gain of 31 dB and an Rx gain of 14 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB. It has integrated matching with die-level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics and 2.4 GHz band rejection for DBDC operation. The FEM requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and delivers optimum performance by conserving power consumption while maintaining the high linear output power.

The QPF4632 is available in a RoHS-compliant surface-mount package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment, and IoT applications.
